A printed trade fair catalog serves as a valuable source of information and showcase for exhibitors, while providing visitors with a structured overview and planning aid. The individual exhibitor pages on our website supplement this service digitally and are available all year round. They serve as a permanent reference tool for discovering resources and making contact with suppliers between trade fair dates.
The online package enriches this presence with the option of placing your own social media posts on the SightCity channels. These posts, which can be part of your individual marketing strategy, can be used flexibly and can be used until the end of March of the following year to strengthen campaigns beyond the trade fair. The basic package includes a standard post, with the option to add more to further increase visibility.
The combination of printed catalog and online presence ensures that visitors have access to comprehensive information at all times and exhibitors can maximize their reach and market influence.
Print catalog
Basic entry in the print catalog
The basic entry in the catalog only contains your company name, the stand number and two QR codes for your German and English pages.
Extended entry in the print catalog
In the extended entry, the information is supplemented by contact details and a brief company description in German and English. This option must be booked in the reservation system!
You can submit the extended entry until 15.04. in the reservation system.
Bookings after this date can no longer be implemented in the catalog and are therefore not permitted.
Our online offer
Your exhibitor page
Every exhibitor at SightCity receives their own exhibitor page on our website for 1 year. On the site and within the product categories, he can briefly present 6 of his products in the basic package. In addition to 3 other products, the Deluxe package offers much more comprehensive information on the respective product.
Please note the following specifications and limits for your content in the basic package:
- Short descriptions German/ English: max. 300 characters incl. Space
- Product descriptions German/English: max. 250 characters incl. Space
- Alt texts in German and English must be stored for images!
- Description Presentation in presentation language: max. 250 characters incl. Space
The information stored in the reservation system is forwarded accordingly to the exhibitor pages and the catalog entry.
If you have already taken part in SightCity Online in 2024, the fields for the company description and for the products are already pre-filled. If you do not wish to make any changes, you can leave everything as it is. Exhibitor pages that can be transferred from 2024 will be given priority.
As soon as we have created the pages and synchronized them with the system, you will receive a preview of the page for approval. A maximum of one last change is permitted. As soon as you have given us your approval, your exhibitor page will go online as soon as possible before the trade fair and will be linked accordingly in the product groups!
Deadline for the delivery of data and media for the catalog, your exhibitor pages and for your online presentations must be received by 15.04.2024523:59 in the reservation system!
Individual social media post
In addition to the exhibitor page, which is mandatory for all exhibitors, each package also includes other options for online presence, including various types of social media posts.

Sample participation mail
We will automatically create and publish a post confirming your participation in SightCity. There is no fixed publication date for this post. After publication, you are welcome to use it for your channels.
Presentation-Post
SC Lecture mail
If you have booked a slot for an exhibitor presentation, this data will be published on your exhibitor page and also via our social media channels, including our social media channels. access data. This posting will also be created for you and you do not need to do anything else here.
If you release the recorded presentation afterwards, it will not only be advertised on your exhibitor page, but also on our social media channels.
Individual mail
SC Corporate Mail
With the individual company post, you have the opportunity to publish a post on SightCity’s social media channels within one year. You are free to design the content of this. Each post will be published bilingually (DE+EN), but it is sufficient if you provide us with the content in one language.
Please send your posting request with the following components directly to Ms. Krutzkiwho manages our social media channels and is also available to answer your questions.

It is not necessary to choose a date for posting directly before or during the trade fair. You can use your individual post to increase the reach of your own campaigns until the end of March of the following year.
