Information on process planning
- As soon as we have confirmed your booking, we plan to publish your participation on our social media channels on Facebook and Instagram. Publication takes place in the order in which bookings are made. A maximum of three posts will be published per day. You don’t need to do anything else for this post, we’ll take care of everything. However, if we do not have a current logo for your company, please send it to us as soon as possible.
- We will also publish your company name on the exhibitor page on our website immediately after admission, but without a further link.
The faster you provide us with the information about your online presence, the faster your exhibitor page will be published. We will start creating your exhibitor page as soon as possible. The order of processing depends on the completeness of the available company information to be published. If you have already participated in the online trade fair in 2023 and have no further changes to the site apart from your lecture offer, you can inform us of this via the booking system. We will then send you a correction link again and publish it as soon as possible after your approval. - From November 04, 2024, you can book everything else for your trade fair participation in the reservation system, such as
- Dates for your online presentations
- Dates for separate meeting rooms
- Stand equipment such as additional tables and chairs
Detailed information on booking options and prices is expected to be announced here in the exhibitor area in the first week of February. To make sure you don’t miss anything, you will receive a corresponding mailing when we have published the prices.
- After the booking deadline, each booked presentation will be advertised separately with its own post on our social media channels. The order of the presentation application depends on the date of the presentation. Again, you don’t need to worry about anything else, but we would be delighted if you liked or shared the posts.
- You will receive the access data for your presentations by CW20, or you can find them on the website as soon as possible. If you would like to test the access and the technology in advance, you can make an appointment with us in week 17.
- Each booking includes at least a free social media post includes. To use this, send us your post image or video as well as alternative image descriptions, post text, desired hashtags and the desired publication date to info@sightcity.net. You have the opportunity to publish your contribution on our channels both before and after SightCity 2025. Bear in mind that there will already be many contributions before the fair with the various announcements, so the number of free company contributions before the fair is limited to a single one.
- Each presentation is automatically recorded unless you manually end the function before your presentation begins. We will make the recordings available to you in the three weeks following the event. If you release the recordings to us, we will only insert a short intro with the presentation data and then publish the recording on your exhibitor page as well as on YouTube and our other social media channels.
