Instructions for the reservation system

After you have created your company and assigned yourself as a user to your company, you can use the reservation system to reserve your SightCity participation after the booking start on November 4, 2024 12:00 noon.

Exhibitors who have already registered for SightCity 2024 will have the opportunity to re-book their booths from 2024 from September 9, 2024 12:00 noon.
The booths are pre-reserved for re-booking until October 31, 2024.
Of course, exhibitors can also move their booth to free booth space in 2024.

All stand spaces that have not been confirmed by the exhibitor by October 31 will automatically be put on sale and can be booked bindingly by any new exhibitor from November 9.

All reservations made from November onwards are valid for a maximum of 2 weeks before the reservation is automatically canceled.

Before you can book a booth in our reservation system, you must register yourself and your company.

The first step is to reserve yourself as a user. After user registration, log your company into the system. The assignment of you as a user to your company then takes place automatically or, in some cases, we have to confirm the connection. However, you will always receive an information e-mail when the allocation has been made and you can make the booking.

If you and your company are already registered, you can log in to the mask at any time and change your company data, for example.

Book booth

Please bear in mind that our reservation system is designed for 100% accessibility for blind and severely visually impaired people and their assistive technology. In view of this, it is very text-heavy and sometimes causes a few difficulties for sighted users.

Once you have logged in, you will be taken to the main menu for exhibitors, from where you can change your user data, book a booth and lecture dates, enter data and images for your exhibitor page and order additional trade fair material.

Please enter your company data, products and information for the company entry, i.e. your exhibitor page, promptly so that we can create your page as quickly as possible.

To book a booth, please select the menu item“Reserve booth“.

On the stand page, the stand plans are opened as image maps by default.
How to make a booking here and what the different colors of the stand graphics mean is described in detail at the top of the page, but here is a quick guide:

  1. Select the free green stands that you would like to reserve.
  2. Click on “Make a chargeable booking” to make the booking legally binding.
  3. Booked stands can be released and green stands can be added.
  4. Please note that cancelation is no longer possible after confirmation.
  5. If you want to rebook to another booth, first book the new booth and then release the old one so as not to lose it.

Of course, you can also display the complete floor plan as a list. If you select this option, you will see a further submenu with which you can sort the list according to certain criteria.

Whether you select the booth by clicking on a free booth in the graphic or in the list, your choice will then be listed below and in order to book it permanently, you must confirm the reservation in the“Your order” section. To do this, both the checkbox for accepting the conditions of participation and the checkbox for confirming all stands must be selected and confirmed with the“Book now for a fee” button.

After confirming this dialog, your current bookings incl. of the costs. Please note that an Online Basic Package is automatically booked for your online presence with every stand booking (example view: metec AG).
If you would like a Medium Package (example: Reinecker) or a Deluxe Package (example: Papenmeier) for your stand instead, you can change this on the overview page after booking your stand.
All exhibitors must have both a booth at the presence event and an online presence!

You can return to this overview at any time via the “Select packages” item in the main menu, as you can change the selected online package here until the booking deadline. You can order a change by selecting the other package and confirming your selection at the bottom of the page by clicking the “Send order” button.
