Admission & Catalog
Due to cost increases, we have to charge a small entrance fee from this year.
Admission: 5€ per person per day
Starting 01.March 2024 you could register for SightCity 2024. If you do so, you can exempt yourself from the entrance fee. Just show the registration email at the reception, and you will receive your daily wristband for free every day.
When you enter Kap Europa, general bag checks will be carried out by Messe Frankfurt security staff. Unfortunately, this is in accordance with the current regulations for public events.
Afterwards, please come directly to the reception to pick up your daily wristband for admission as well as the free trade fair catalog.
After the access control, at the escalators and elevators you will find the current hall plan as well as the event overview of the lectures in the SightCity Forum and the live lectures of the exhibitors in our exhibition studios.
Guide Dogs for the Blind
In addition to human assistants, guide dogs are welcome at our fair. The welfare of guide dogs (e.g. drinking places) is taken care of.
There is also a small meadow in the immediate vicinity of Cape Europe where the dogs can relieve themselves if necessary. For better planning in advance, here is the link to the green area: Platz der Einheit
Exhibitors
SightCity 2024 takes place as a hybrid trade fair, i.e. the trade fair has two parts, the presence part in Frankfurt as well as the online part consisting of our website and online lectures.
You will find all exhibitors in Frankfurt at our trade show. At the same time, each exhibitor can also be found with their own exhibitor page on our website, where they present themselves and their products. In the coming weeks, the exhibitor pages will already go online again, so that you can optimally plan your visit to the trade fair in Frankfurt.
In addition, as last year, many exhibitors will offer online lectures on various topics, which you as a visitor can attend online free of charge and from home.
We will provide three livestreaming studios to exhibitors at the show, so you can also attend lectures live in Frankfurt. These lectures will also be streamed directly to the Internet, so you can also follow the lectures online.
All lectures, whether from exhibitors or in our SightCity Forum, will be recorded. If the exhibitors release their talk after the show, you can also watch the talks on our website, social media channels or on our YouTube channel at any time.
SightCity Guide Services
Of course, our trade show guides will also be at the show again, as always recognizable by their sunny yellow T-shirts. They will be manning the info points on the levels to answer all your questions.
With the new venue, there is also a new stop where we will be waiting for you with our guides. With almost 40 guides, we want to make your journey to and from the event as pleasant as possible – a new record, because we’ve never had so many guides at a SightCity before.
Every quarter of an hour, our guides will pick you up at Frankfurt Central Station, Frankfurt Main Station (Tief) and at the “Festhalle/Messe” stop and accompany you to Cape Europa and back.
As already mentioned, this year is also a new situation for our guides, so we ask for your understanding if you have to wait a little longer for a guide. We will do our best to accompany you to SightCity as soon as possible.
To give you an overview, here is a list of the stops with their respective lines:
- Frankfurt Central Station: All regional and long-distance trains, tracks 1 – 24.
- Frankfurt Main Station (Tief): S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8, S9 & U4
- Festhalle/Messe: U4, 16, 17
If you get off at the main station, our guides will accompany you to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop either by subway or tram. We also regularly visit the Bahnhofsmission at Frankfurt Central Station, which we consider a central meeting point. The Bahnhofsmission is located on the south side, platform 1, door 7.
Our guides do not stop at the “Frankfurt am Main Messe” stop because Kap Europa is closer to the other stops.
At the end of the day, our guides will of course take you back to the main station so that you can start your journey home.
Rent-A-Guide
Do you need help at SightCity so that you can be individually accompanied from stand to stand? Then you have the option here of using our “Rent-A-Guide” service, which is available for a fee. A personal trade fair guide will accompany you to stands of your choice according to your wishes and support you wherever possible. Of course, our guides also speak different languages, in case you need a translator.
From 01 March 2024 you will find the redirection to the booking form here again. Thank you for your patience.
Catering at the exhibition
Various snacks and drinks will be offered on level 4 by Messe Frankfurt’s caterer. We will publish the offer here shortly before the fair.
Apart from that, there is the shopping center Skyplaza with a large culinary offer right next to the Kap Europa.
Self-brought food is allowed, but we ask you to refrain from using large glass bottles, as it could be that, as at other public events, this will be prohibited by the security of the Frankfurt Fair at the bag check. Should we receive more detailed information on this point in advance, we will of course share it with you here.
Hotel recommendations

Feedback
Feedback helps us to improve. We would therefore be very pleased to receive your feedback after your visit to the trade fair or on our website.
At the trade show, we will have questionnaires available at the info points near the trade show guides, but we will also offer you the opportunity to send us your opinion anonymously online.
If you have any questions for us personally before, during or after the trade show, we will of course be happy to answer them at info@sightcity.net.
