Admission & Catalog
Due to cost increases, we have to charge a small entrance fee from this year.
Admission: 5€ per person per day
Starting 01 April 2023 you could register for SightCity 2023. If you do so, you can exempt yourself from the entrance fee. Just show the registration email at the reception, and you will receive your daily wristband for free every day.
When you enter Kap Europa, general bag checks will be carried out by Messe Frankfurt security staff. Unfortunately, this is in accordance with the current regulations for public events.
Afterwards, please come directly to the reception to pick up your daily wristband for admission as well as the free trade fair catalog.
After the access control, at the escalators and elevators you will find the current hall plan as well as the event overview of the lectures in the SightCity Forum and the live lectures of the exhibitors in our exhibition studios.
Guide Dogs for the Blind
In addition to human assistants, guide dogs are welcome at our fair. The welfare of guide dogs (e.g. drinking places) is taken care of.
There is also a small meadow in the immediate vicinity of Cape Europe where the dogs can relieve themselves if necessary. For better planning in advance here is the link to the green area: Platz der Einheit
Exhibitors
SightCity 2023 takes place as a hybrid trade fair, i.e. the trade fair has two parts, the presence part in Frankfurt as well as the online part consisting of our website and online lectures.
You will find all exhibitors in Frankfurt at our trade show. At the same time, each exhibitor can also be found with their own exhibitor page on our website, where they present themselves and their products. In the coming weeks, the exhibitor pages will already go online again, so that you can optimally plan your visit to the trade fair in Frankfurt.
In addition, as last year, many exhibitors will offer online lectures on various topics, which you as a visitor can attend online free of charge and from home.
We will provide three livestreaming studios to exhibitors at the show, so you can also attend lectures live in Frankfurt. These lectures will also be streamed directly to the Internet, so you can also follow the lectures online.
All lectures, whether from exhibitors or in our SightCity Forum, will be recorded. If the exhibitors release their talk after the show, you can also watch the talks on our website, social media channels or on our YouTube channel at any time.
Guide Services
Of course, our trade show guides will also be at the show again, as always recognizable by their sunny yellow T-shirts. They will be manning the info points on the levels to answer all your questions.
Furthermore, our guides will accompany you at regular intervals from Frankfurt Central Station to Cape Europa and back. A meeting point will be set up at the station where you will be picked up.
You will find more detailed information on the exact meeting point and the pick-up intervals from Kap Europa and back in the coming weeks on the special information page on the guides. Here you can also book your individual trade fair guide, who will walk with you personally through the trade fair and take you wherever you want to go in Cape Europe. Of course, our guides also speak different languages, in case you need a translator.
Catering at the exhibition
Various snacks and drinks will be offered on level 4 by Messe Frankfurt’s caterer. We will publish the offer here shortly before the fair.
Apart from that, there is the shopping center Skyplaza with a large culinary offer right next to the Kap Europa.
Self-brought food is allowed, but we ask you to refrain from using large glass bottles, as it could be that, as at other public events, this will be prohibited by the security of the Frankfurt Fair at the bag check. Should we receive more detailed information on this point in advance, we will of course share it with you here.
Hotel recommendations
We do not have a contingent with any hotel that we can pass on to you. However, there are a number of hotels in the immediate area. Here is the list provided to us by Cape Europe.
- Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Messe
- Nhow Frankfurt Hotel
- Frankfurt Marriott Hotel
- Frankfurt Mövenpick Hotel
- Maritim Hotel Frankfurt
- Capri by Fraser Frankfurt
- Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre Messe
- Premier Inn Frankfurt Messe
- MotelOne
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to provide information on which of these hotels welcome guide dogs.
Arrival
Many roads lead to Rome, but almost as many lead to us in Frankfurt. Since the Frankfurt Messe has listed and described the different ways to get there very well, we will not write this down again here, but simply forward you to the Frankfurt Messe arrival page.
Feedback
Feedback helps us to improve. We would therefore be very pleased to receive your feedback after your visit to the trade fair or on our website.
At the trade show, we will have questionnaires available at the info points near the trade show guides, but we will also offer you the opportunity to send us your opinion anonymously online.
If you have any questions for us personally before, during or after the trade show, we will of course be happy to answer them at info@sightcity.net.
