Billing modalities and terms of payment

The settlement of your investment takes place in three steps:

  1. First partial invoice:
    • After your admission, you will receive an invoice for 50% of the participation fee (for face-to-face and online services).
  2. Second partial invoice:
    • Approximately 4 weeks before the start of the event, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50% of the participation fee (presence and online) and the additional services booked up to that point.
  3. Final invoice:
    • After the event, an invoice will be issued for all additional services booked that have not yet been invoiced.

Terms of payment

  • Maturity:
    • All invoice amounts are to be paid immediately upon receipt of the respective invoice.
  • Late payment:
    • In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of €10 and interest on arrears will be charged.
    • After unsuccessful reminders, the organiser reserves the right to reallocate the stand space.
    • Please note that the exhibitor is still obliged to pay the outstanding invoice, even if the stand space is used for other purposes.

Stand construction is only possible if all invoices have been paid in full. Therefore, please ensure that payment is made on time to avoid delays or complications.
