As an exhibitor at SightCity, you will receive your own exhibitor page on our website for a full year. This digital business card offers you the opportunity to present your products and services to an interested trade audience beyond the days of the trade fair.

Creation and updating:

• Your exhibitor page will be created automatically as soon as you have booked your stand in the reservation system and entered your company details
• At least your contact details (company information) are included
• All other content is added automatically as soon as you enter it in the reservation system
• The data can be updated all year round and will appear on your site within 24 hours

Scope of the packages:

Basic package:

• Company information: name, logo, short description (250 characters incl. spaces), contact details, web address
• Products: 6 product presentations (standard)
• Lectures: Optional 1 lecture
• Categories: Listing in up to 3 product groups

Medium package:

• Company information: Extended short description (300 characters incl. spaces), contact form Callback request
• Products: 6 extended product presentations
• Lectures: Optional 2 lectures
• Categories: Listing in up to 6 product groups

Deluxe package:

• Company information: Extended short description (300 characters), social media channels, contact form, callback request, company video
• Products: 9 extended product presentations
• Lectures: Up to 9 lectures
• Categories: Listing in up to 6 product groups

Standard (basic package):

• Product name
• A product image
• Product description (250 characters incl. spaces)
• Link to the product on your website

Extended (Medium/Deluxe package):

• Product name
• Main picture
• Short description (300 characters incl. spaces)
• Product highlights (300 characters incl. spaces)
• Up to 4 gallery images
• 1 product video
• Up to 3 PDF downloads (brochures or similar)
• Up to 3 product links to your website

Event presentation (the same for all packages):

• 1 Topic
• 1 picture
• Speaker information
• Specification of the presentation language
• Short description of the topic (250 characters incl. spaces)

Important notes:

• Languages: Entering the data in one language is sufficient, we can take care of the translation
• Alt texts: Alt texts for images are also sufficient in one language
• Product categories: The link to product groups only takes place if you select the corresponding categories in the reservation system. Without this selection, your company will only appear in alphabetical lists or by stand number
• Changes: You can make changes to the content yourself in the reservation system
• Support: For changes that you cannot make yourself in the system, please contact Dagmar Krutzki directly
