Arrival & hotel recommendations

Many roads lead to Rome, but almost as many lead to us in Frankfurt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you any hotel rooms for booking, but there are several hotels in the immediate vicinity of the Kap Europa site. You will find a list of these hotels below after the travel information.

Note: The best and quickest way from the main station to Kap Europa is via the U4 to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop

Arrival from the airport:

After arriving at Frankfurt Airport, you should first take the S-Bahn lines S8 or S9 in the direction of Hanau or Offenbach Ost to get to Frankfurt Central Station. For information on continuing your journey by subway or streetcar, please read the following instructions.

Arrival by subway:

From the main station you should take the subway line U4 in the direction of Bockenheimer Warte. Get off after one stop at “Festhalle/Messe” and follow the corresponding exit “Festhalle/Messe/Kap Europa”. As soon as you are outside, you have a direct view of the City trade fair entrance. Walk past it on the left in the direction of Osloer Straße. From there, you are already approaching the main entrance to Kap Europa.

Arrival by streetcar:

To get to the stops of streetcar lines 16 and 17 in the direction of Frankfurt Ginnheim or Frankfurt Rebstockbad, please leave the main station through the main entrance. The destination station is “Festhalle/Messe”. When you arrive there, cross the Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage in the direction of the City trade fair entrance. Walk past it on the left in the direction of Osloer Straße. From there, you are already approaching the main entrance to Kap Europa.

Arrival by car:

If you are traveling by car, we recommend that you drive through the Europaviertel either via Emser Brücke and Europa-Allee or via Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage and Brüsseler Straße. You can park in the parking garage of the neighboring Skyline Plaza shopping center, which is located nearby. You can reach the parking garage via two access roads, which are located on Europa-Allee and Brüsseler Straße. Current information on parking fees can be found on the Skyline Plaza website at www.skylineplaza.de.

Arrival on foot:

Kap Europa is just a 10-minute walk from Frankfurt Central Station. Please leave the station through the north exit and follow the signs for “Messe” along Düsseldorfer Straße in the direction of the Messeturm. After about a 5-minute walk, cross Platz der Republik and follow Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage to the subway station “Festhalle/Messe”. Once there, turn left towards Osloer Straße and walk directly towards the main entrance of Kap Europa
