Contents of the land register

The stand price includes the following components:

• Selected floor space
• 1 table and 2 chairs per 5m²
• 2 exhibitor passes per 5m²
• Pin boards to delimit the stand
• Power supply
• Power consumption
• Access to the guest WLAN
• Daily floor cleaning of the stand
• Night-time stand security during the event days
• Basic online exhibitor page (contact details + up to 6 basic product presentations)
• 1 online lecture (approx. 60 min.; own technology; external location) via ZOOM (provided)
• 1 free social media post: Content and date of your choice
• 1 social media post on exhibitor participation
• 2 social media postings per online lecture
• Basic entry in the print catalogue with company names, stand numbers and 2 QR codes, each for the German or English exhibitor page and listing in the product groups selected for the products on the exhibitor page

Costs of land registration

The costs of the land registration are made up of the

Basic booking fee (€ 500) + stand price per square metre + flat-rate energy fee (€ 5/m²) + flat-rate waste disposal fee (€ 5/m²) + basic online package (€ 0)

When booking co-exhibitors, the basic booking fee (€ 500) and an additional €100 will be charged per co-exhibitor for the presence part of the trade fair. Online, a co-exhibitor counts as a regular exhibitor. This means that a separate basic online package must be booked for each co-exhibitor. Unless otherwise stated, all co-exhibitor bookings will be invoiced directly to the exhibitor.

The optional elements and their costs will be added in due course.

Optional bookable services

To optimise your trade fair presence, we offer you the option of ordering additional elements and services for your basic booking. These optional extras can make your stand even more attractive and further improve your presence at the trade fair.

By booking additional elements such as exhibition furniture, additional presentations or similar, you can enhance your presentation and attract visitors. An internet connection is also important, and although guest Wi-Fi is included in the basic booking, booking a dedicated internet connection can offer additional benefits. Additional exhibitor passes and parking tickets for cars or lorries are also important options that can facilitate your trade fair presence.
