The Kap Europa guest WiFi included in the basic package can often be overloaded due to high user numbers, resulting in slow connections. It is therefore advisable to invest in a more powerful, dedicated internet connection to ensure smooth operations and a professional appearance. This will ensure trouble-free use of digital tools and a positive visitor experience at your stand.

You have the choice between LAN access or the exhibitor WLAN, which is more powerful and encrypted than the guest WLAN. You can book access depending on the number of devices.

It is not permitted to set up your own WLAN network within the trade fair centre, e.g. via a stand LAN connection or mobile hotspots.
