In this section you will find various information about your stay at SightCity.

Incoming bag check
Upon entering the building, a brief bag check will be carried out in accordance with Messe Frankfurt regulations. For safety reasons, we recommend avoiding backpacks and large bags. We ask for your patience, as there may be short waiting times if there is a large crowd. The checks will be carried out by Messe Frankfurt staff to ensure the safety of all visitors.

Trade fair catalog
Our trade fair catalog is expected to be ready two weeks before the start of the event. You can pick up your personal copy free of charge at the trade fair reception during the event.
For those of you who are in a particular hurry, we offer the option of receiving the catalog in advance by post. Please send a request to info@sightcity.net. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the catalog in good time before the start of the trade fair.
We would also like to point out that all information about exhibitors, presentations and the forum is always available on our website. You can also find out about SightCity’s wide range of services online.
Wardrobe
The checkroom is located on the first floor to the left of reception. When you enter the event, you will automatically pass it. You can not only leave your jackets there, but also bags and even overnight luggage so that you can relax and enjoy your visit to the trade fair. The checkroom service is available free of charge. Please note that the items handed in must be collected by the end of the fair.
Catering
Various snacks and drinks are available on levels 1 and 4, provided by Messe Frankfurt’s caterer. We will publish the exact offer here shortly before the fair.
Next to Kap Europa is the Skyplaza shopping center with a diverse selection of culinary offerings.
It is permitted to bring small amounts of food. However, we kindly ask you to refrain from using large glass bottles, as these may be prohibited by Frankfurt Fair and Exhibition Center security during bag checks, as is also the case at other public events. If we receive more detailed information on this point in advance, we will of course share it with you here.
