To make your visit to SightCity as pleasant and accessible as possible, we offer a range of services that you can use individually and easily:

Free trade exhibition service

Use our free trade fair guide service to travel comfortably from Frankfurt Central Station to Kap Europa and back. The service starts approximately every 15 minutes at the central information terminal in the middle of Frankfurt Central Station. At least two volunteer trade fair guides will accompany you safely to the venue by public transport. For the return journey, simply meet on the ground floor of Kap Europa or report to reception.

Individual support from private trade fair guides (subject to charge)

Would you like to explore the trade fair individually and personally? Then book a private trade fair guide who will accompany you throughout your entire visit. Our private guides are multilingual and can accompany groups of up to three people – ideal if you are traveling without your own companion.

TOWER Remote Assistance – Support via smartphone

With TOWER remote assistance, you receive support exactly when you need it – directly on your smartphone. Trained assistants help you live with directions on your journey, directions to the trade fair, everyday situations on site, and questions about exhibitors and products. The pilot project is funded by the Aktion Mensch Foundation and is aimed specifically at people with visual impairments and learning difficulties.

Tactile orientation with Inventivio

On the ground floor of SightCity, you can use the Tactonom Reader from Inventivio free of charge. This innovative device allows you to explore the various levels of Kap Europa and SightCity in a tactile way. The reader translates information into a tactile form, enabling you to find your way around intuitively and interactively. Take advantage of this opportunity to discover the exhibition space independently and without barriers.

Orientation via guide lines for the blind and QR codes

The entire exhibition area is equipped with guide lines for the visually impaired. Each stand has a small sign with two QR codes. By simply scanning these with your smartphone or using the SightCity app, you can immediately obtain information about the stand number and the exhibitors represented there. The new SightCity app also offers many other useful functions for your visit to the exhibition.
