SightCity trade fair guides: your guide to the trade fair
Of course, our trade fair guides will be present at SightCity again this year to make your arrival and departure as pleasant as possible. Our guides are easily recognisable by their sunny yellow T-shirts and are available to all trade fair visitors free of charge. They will not only accompany you on your way from the meeting points to Cape Europe, but will also be happy to answer any questions you may have about the trade fair. On site, they will be manning the info points on the various levels of Kap Europa, which are always on the left as you come out of the lifts. They will be available to answer your questions throughout the trade fair. Our aim is to make your journey to SightCity as easy and convenient as possible so that you can concentrate fully on your visit to the trade fair.
Meeting point and pick-up service
Our guides will pick you up every quarter of an hour from the following meeting points and accompany you to Cape Europe and back:
- Frankfurt main station (Deutsche Bahn information desk): All regional and long-distance trains, platform 1 – 24
- Frankfurt Central Station (Tief): S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8, S9 & U4
- Station “Festhalle/Messe”: U4, 16, 17
The meeting point is always at the Deutsche Bahn information desk, which is located in the main hall of Frankfurt Central Station. You can also recognise it by the yellow beach flag of our trade fair guides.
The tours to Cape Europe depart approximately every 15 minutes during SightCity opening hours:
- First tour: around 9.30 am
- Last tour:
- Wednesday and Thursday: approx. 17:00
- Friday: approx. 16:00
From Kap Europa back to the main station, the tour also runs every 15 minutes. The last tour starts approx. 15 minutes after the trade fair closes.
Your journey to Cape Europe
The quickest way from the main railway station to Kap Europa is to take the U4 underground to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop. If you arrive at the main station, our guides will accompany you to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop, either by underground or tram.

With almost 40 guides, we want to ensure that you have a pleasant journey to and from your destination. However, there can always be unplanned delays.
