Information on delivery
Deliveries
Larger deliveries for your stand will be accepted on the Monday of the event week at Kap Europa at the earliest. Furthermore, these deliveries must be registered in advance at info@sightcity.net with delivery information.
Deliveries must be labelled as follows:
Your name (responsible recipient)
Name of the exhibitor/exhibiting organisation
SightCity | Stand number
c/o Kap Europa
Osloer Street 5
60327 Frankfurt am Main
Deliveries will only be accepted if they are correctly labelled. If parcels cannot be allocated, they will not be accepted by Messe Frankfurt and the Kap Europa team and will be returned to the forwarding agent!
Items that you have delivered in advance will be stored centrally and not placed directly at the stand!
For simple parcel deliveries to the SightCity reception during the trade fair, please book the parcel delivery service in the reservation system.

Goods lift
You can reach levels 1, 2 and 4 using the goods lift at ground level. Level 3 can only be reached via the passenger lifts and escalators in the foyer. Only the lift attendant present is permitted to operate the goods lift.
The doors of the lift are 2.4 m high and 2.5 m wide. The lift itself is 6 m long and can carry up to 10 tonnes.
Parking in front of the goods lift is only permitted with the permission of the lift operator and for a short time for unloading!
Parking situation
The parking situation for deliveries and collections around Cape Europe is very problematic. You can only deliver and then have to park your vehicle somewhere else before you can set up your stand. An employee of Kap Europa, among others, will ensure that this is the case.
The multi-storey car park next to the building is only suitable for cars and has a clearance height of only 2 metres. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you book a day parking space in our lorry park, which is also located directly next to Kap Europa. Remember to book the lorry parking space for your van in good time. Spaces here are limited. However, it is possible to make further car park bookings on site at reception from the day of set-up.
