Thank you for registering to visit SightCity. Here you will find all the important information about your QR code ticket and access to the trade fair.

Your QR code ticket

Your QR code is unique and personalised. Please note the following important information:

• One-time access: Each QR code can only be scanned once and is non-transferable.
• Entry and exit control: Your code will be scanned both when you enter and when you leave the exhibition.
• Re-entry possible: After the exit scan, you can re-enter the exhibition using the same code.

Access to the exhibition

To ensure smooth admission, please note the following:

1. Entrance area: There are three entrance rows available:
   • For registered visitors: Please use the left door, right row.
   • For unregistered visitors: Please use the left-hand row.
   • Exhibitor entrance: The third row is reserved for exhibitors and is only open until approximately 11:00 a.m. During this time, the exit door will be used as the entrance.
2. Bag checks: Immediately after the entrance scan, a mandatory bag check is carried out by Messe Frankfurt security staff.

Why we use QR codes

The introduction of QR code tickets complies with the security requirements of Messe Frankfurt and the security forces. This system allows us to track exactly how many people are in the building at any given time. This increases the safety of all visitors and exhibitors and enables a faster response in an emergency.
