Contents / Description
Digital accessibility can only be achieved sustainably if technological solutions and human perspectives are considered together. In this presentation, we will discuss how companies can implement accessibility strategically and practically—with the help of modern software and AI tools, but above all with a genuine understanding of the needs of people with disabilities, especially those with visual impairments. Based on personal experience and collaboration with numerous companies across Europe, we will show the potential that accessible digital offerings open up, where typical misunderstandings lie, and why fear of technology is the wrong approach here. After all, there is no need to choose between people and technology—we need both. The presentation will end with a discussion round that offers space for questions, perspectives, and honest exchange.
