Contents / Description
The evolution of gaming has been marked by financial scandals, controversies, but above all by innovations that, as early as the 1950s, were tentatively paving the way toward accessible video games. In this engaging keynote address, I would like to take guests on a journey through time, highlighting milestones in the evolution of inclusive gaming and sharing stories—both big and small—about the inclusive power of the gaming revolution.
Speaker
Big Hand
Due to my progressively deteriorating vision, I was supposed to be an inclusive education student; however, because of the state of schools in the 1990s, that didn’t happen. What did exist, and still does today, was console gaming—a driving force for inclusion then and now.
