The Landeshilfsmittelzentrum Dresden provides assistive devices to help blind and visually impaired people maintain their independence and participate in daily life. We offer personalised, empathetic guidance whether you have recently acquired a visual impairment or have been affected by it for some time. We often receive questions about how assistive devices can be obtained through health insurance providers. The good news is that: We are pre-qualified to bill devices for the visually impaired and magnifying aids through the relevant funding bodies. In our presentation, you will learn exactly what steps you need to take to obtain your assistive device. We would also like to take this opportunity to introduce you to some of our new products.
