Important dates for planning your trade fair participation
- 8. September 2025, 12:00 noon:
Opening of the booking system for SightCity. Exhibitors can book their participation from this time. - 30. October 2025, 23:59:
End of the pre-booking phase. Until this time, exhibitors from the previous year have the opportunity to secure their preferred places and services. - 3. November 2025, 12:00 noon:
Booking start for all interested exhibitors who have not yet taken part in the pre-booking phase. - 31. March 2026, 23:59:
Closure of the booking system: No further bookings are possible after this time. - 10. April 2026, 23:59h
Deadline for data delivery: All information for the online presence and the catalogue must be submitted in full by this date. - 8. May 2026, 23:59:
Last opportunity to order presentations, accessories and equipment.
Please note these dates carefully to ensure smooth planning and realisation of your trade fair participation.
Scheduling after your booking
As soon as your booking has been confirmed, we will start planning and publicising your participation. Here are the most important steps in detail:
1. publication on the website
- Your exhibitor page will be published automatically as soon as the company information (contact information) has been fully entered in the reservation system.
- The page usually becomes visible approx. 24 hours after the data has been maintained.
- products and events:
These can be added at any time after initial publication in the reservation system. This content also usually appears approx. 24 hours after maintenance. - Note in case of problems:
If you encounter problems with the content or display, please first check whether the data has been entered correctly in the reservation system.
2. publication on social media
- After your booking, your company will be presented on our social media channels.
- Posts will be published in the order in which they are booked, with a maximum of three posts per day.
- You don’t have to do anything else – we take care of the creation and publication. However, we would be delighted if you liked or shared the posts.
- Note: If we do not have a current logo for your company, please send it to us as soon as possible to avoid delays.
Additional booking options from the 3. November 2025
From this date you can book the following services in the reservation system:
- Dates for your online presentations
- Separate meeting rooms
- Stand equipment such as additional tables and chairs
Access data and technology tests for online lectures
- The access data for the online lectures can be found in the date announcements, which will be 10. April 2026from the 10. April 2026
- From this point on, exhibitors can also contact the team to clarify tests of Zoom technology or other technical questions.
Recordings of your presentations
- Each lecture is recorded automatically unless you deactivate the function before the lecture begins.
- We will make the recordings available to you in the weeks following the event.
- If you give us your approval, we will add a short intro with the lecture data and publish the recordings on:
- Your exhibitors page
- YouTube
- other Social Media channels
Social media company contributions
- At least one free social media post is included with every booking.
