Stand catering

The physical well-being of your team is also important for a successful trade fair experience. We would like to point out that SightCity GmbH cannot take over the organisation of catering services at your stand. For the catering of your employees, such as the provision of sandwiches, it is necessary to contact Accente directly. Accente is the exclusive and only approved catering provider on the Messe Frankfurt exhibition grounds. Please note that Messe Frankfurt has very strict regulations in this regard and that the use of other catering suppliers is not permitted.

It is also important to note that drinks or food you have brought to your stand may not be visibly stored or served to third parties. If this is noticed by employees of the official trade fair catering company, the exhibitor may be fined up to €500. These regulations are beyond the control of SightCity GmbH, and although these measures may be perceived as strict, we have no room for exceptions. Bringing small amounts of catering for the personal use of employees is permitted as long as it is stowed out of sight in cupboards or boxes.
