Samsara Vision focuses on those affected by late-stage age-related macular degeneration (AMD). The SING IMT, an intraocular miniature telescope, can help patients see details by reducing the apparent impact of the AMD “blind spot”.
Laura Stürzbecher (M.Sc.) is an optometrist and studied at the Berlin university of applied sciences (formerly Beuth university of applied science) from 2013 to 2018. During her studies she specialized in low vision. Since 2024, she is the Patient Journey Manager at Samsara Vision. In this role, she is primarily responsible for patient screening and visual rehabilitation, trains clinical teams as well as provide targeted support throughout the patient journey.
