SightCity Guides Service
Of course, our trade fair guides will also be at the fair again, as always recognizable by their sunny yellow T-shirts. On the levels, always on the left as you come out of the elevators, the Infopoints will be manned to answer all your questions.
Every quarter of an hour, our guides will pick you up at Frankfurt Central Station, Frankfurt Central Station (Tief) and the “Festhalle/Messe” stop and accompany you to Kap Europa and back. With almost 40 guides, we would like to make your journey there and back home a pleasant one.
Something unplanned can always come up, so we ask for your understanding if you have to wait a little longer for a guide. We will do our best to accompany you to SightCity as quickly as possible. Please contact us if we do not immediately recognize your need for assistance.
For an overview, here is a list of the stops with their respective lines:
- Frankfurt Central Station: All regional and long-distance trains, platform 1 – 24
- Frankfurt Central Station (Tief): S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8, S9 & U4
- Festhalle/Messe: U4, 16, 17
Note: The best and fastest way from the main station to Kap Europa is via the U4 to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop
If you get off at the main station, our guides will accompany you to the “Festhalle/Messe” stop either by subway or streetcar. We also regularly visit the station mission at Frankfurt Central Station, which we see as a central meeting point. The station mission is located on the south side, platform 1, door 7.
The “Frankfurt am Main Messe” stop is not served by our guides, as Kap Europa is closer to the other stops.
At the end of the day, our guides will of course take you back to the main station so that you can start your journey home.
Rent-A-Guide – Trade fair accompaniment
Do you need help at SightCity so that you can be accompanied individually from booth to booth? Then you have the option of using our “Rent-A-Guide” service, which is subject to a charge. A personal trade fair guide will accompany you to the stands of your choice according to your wishes and support you wherever possible. Of course, our guides also speak different languages in case you need a translator.
From March 01, 2024 you will find the booking form here again. Thank you for your patience.
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer guides according to your wishes at any time, as experience has shown that the contingents are quickly booked up.
Conditions & notes:
- It is not possible to book a fixed guide – a change of guide during the tour is not desirable, but can occur in individual cases.
- Groups of up to 3 people can be led by a guide, provided the group is able to find its own way around. Please indicate any special requests in advance.
- Please note that the guides will only take you inside SightCity in Kap Europa and assist you with your visit to the exhibitors.
