Remote assistance at SightCity 2025 – A service from TOWER Remote Assistance
This year, SightCity is pleased to present a special service to improve accessibility. The exhibitor TOWER Fernassistenz is offering all visitors free remote assistance to make their trade fair experience even more self-determined. This offer is a voluntary and unpaid commitment by TOWER Fernassistenz, which SightCity is happy to pass on to its visitors.
What is remote assistance?
Remote assistance provides support exactly when it is needed – directly via smartphone. Without an accompanying person on site, you receive help with:
- Orientation on the journey
- Directions to the trade fair
- Support with everyday situations such as the breakfast buffet
- Information on exhibitors or products
You will speak to trained assistants who will respond directly and live to your individual needs.
About the provider
TOWER Fernassistenz is a department of the social enterprise Bathildisheim e.V. and is funded as a pilot project by the Aktion Mensch Foundation. The team offers specially trained support for people with visual impairments and learning difficulties.

Availability during SightCity
Remote assistance WITHOUT an appointment:
- Daily from 8 to 10 a.m. (Wednesday to Friday)
- Accessible via the TOWER app without prior appointment
Remote assistance WITH appointment:
- For arrival and during the three days of the fair
- After prior appointment booking
